but you can always go a bit earlier to practice:

Training costs SIX Pounds for Non-Members and
FIVE Pounds Members.
The Kids class class costs only THREE Pounds.
Without membership, classes will now cost £6.
Membership for one year costs only TEN Pounds for beginners, FIFTEEN Pounds for everyone else.
If you wish to just watch one of our sessions, then you can do so for free.
There are classes are held at Nottingham University for students there; Room LG19 at the Trent Building

The *new* beginners course costs 30 POUNDS for a month of classes, which includes membership to the group.
There is a *new* class for Nottingham Trent University Students, which is held at the Student Union refectory. Price tbc
